Facilitated by Cynthia Clay, President/CEO of NetSpeed Learning Solutions
What if your ability to facilitate meetings and training sessions in the virtual arena was so strong that participants were eager to attend your events?
Virtual meeting and web training platforms such as WebEx, Adobe Connect, Microsoft Lync, and Citrix Go to Webinar are in use in most organizations. Unfortunately companies often make the common mistake of assuming that the same techniques that work in a face-to-face class or meeting will easily transfer to the virtual meeting or training space. Not so! With over 50% of organizations relying on dispersed workforces, it is imperative that managers and facilitators understand how to educate, engage, and collaborate online.
Behind every solid webinar or virtual meeting is a great design that capitalizes on the interactivity tools in the web conference platform. Join Cynthia Clay to learn how to leverage six tools (open chat, presenter notes, polling, annotation, emoticons, and shared documents) to create strong collaboration in the virtual classroom or virtual meeting. Learn how to lead a collaborative virtual team. Take away a design template for a successful virtual meeting agenda.
By the end of this one-day workshop, you will be able to:
- Use all the interaction tools in your web conference platform to build engagement in classes and meetings
- Design virtual meeting agendas and training sessions with engagement in mind
- Minimize multi-tasking during your meetings and webinars
Who Should Attend
- Facilitators and Trainers
- Human Resource and Organization Development Directors
