Learning specialists, change agents, HR partners and many more all create success through others and that’s when use of self shows up most centrally.

In this personal, confidential mini-learning journey, explore areas like how self-awareness is important for managing use of self, the role of vulnerability, self-efficacy, learning cycles, choices courage and self-reflection in our managing process.
